Have you ever tried yoga?


Celebrating One is thrilled to be offering our first free online yoga class this Saturday, September 5th at 2 PM.


The talented and inspiring Laura Jayne will be leading yogis through a series of gentle movements that will focus on strength, balance, and breath.


The positive benefits of yoga have been proven to extend well beyond the physical benefits.


Psychological benefits include

*Reducing feelings of Stress, Anger and Anxiety

*Reduces symptoms of Depression and PTSD

*Improves Sleep

*Boosts overall mood

Whether this is your first attempt at yoga or you’re a seasoned yogi, we encourage and welcome everyone to experience the benefits and sense of community that will be offered this Saturday.
