You are not alone. Celebrating a New Chapter is a support group for people that are thinking about, going through, or already are separated or divorced.

There are many of us that can relate to this chapter in our life. Some of us have happy endings, some don't. Celebrating One would like to invite you to join our group for support and sharing. We will share, support and encourage.

Our wish is that everyone who attends the group will cultivate increased support, health, balance, coping skills, self-care, resilience, self-esteem, relationship skills, emotional healing, and empowerment.

Single Mom Group

Group meets 1st Saturday of each month at 11:15 am
Group facilitator Jenny Neal MA, LPC

The support group for single moms provides a great way to meet other single moms who may be experiencing similar stressors. This support groups can help you connect, vent and find solutions to issues you are working through and most of all, you will know that you are not alone.

This creates a unified group that slowly gets to know each other. A single mom support group is open for new members to join at any time. The group is more like an open forum. Come share concerns, worries, joys.

Youth/young adult anxiety & depression group

Group meets 2nd Saturday of each month at 10 am
8000 Walton Parkway, Suite 202E, New Albany, OH 43054

We are a support group for those coping with the anxiety and depression youth and young adults (age start 14 21) Our group will include peer-to-peer discussion and interaction. Meetings will be monthly. Participants will be encouraged to share concerns, successes, and coping strategies. You are not alone.  Experiencing anxiety can make you feel like you’re isolated in your fears, but interacting with others who know what it is like can help to make you feel less alone.

We are not meant to replace traditional therapy, our support group can be an addition to professional therapy.   Our goal is to enable learning from others with anxiety as we give and receive support. Our group offers a way to make those connections.
